Uwielbiam plaże. Piasek, słońce, morze to w takich warunkach naprawdę się relaksuję. Dziś chciałam Wam przybliżyć portugalskie plaże, do których wracam, kiedy tylko mam taką możliwość.
Ze względu na długą linię brzegową, Portugalia może poszczycić się wieloma pięknymi plażami od kamienistych, poprzez piękne zatoczki po piaszczyste plaże położone na odludziu. Nie wiem czy wiecie, ale w Portugalii jest aż 315 plaż. Niektóre z nich odwiedzane są przez tłumy turystów, inne położone z dala od zabudowań pozostały piękne i dzikie zarazem. Ja z tych ponad trzystu miejsc odwiedziłam zaledwie kilka, ale wszystko jeszcze przede mną 😉 Te plaże, które chcę Wam przedstawić ukradły moje serce i kiedy tylko mam taką możliwość wracam do nich, teraz również z Ginger 🙂
Plaża Cordoama
Plaża Cordoama to jedna z najbardziej szerokich plaż w całej Portugalii. To idealne miejsce do pływania, opalania się i spacerów wzdłuż brzegu morza. Co ciekawe plaża ta została odznaczona Błękitną Flagą, co gwarantuje wysoką jakość wody i rozbudowaną infrastrukturę. Ponadto Cordoama w sezonie letnim jest strzeżona przez ratowników.
Plaża Falésia
Plaża Falésia jest najbliższa mojemu sercu. To w jej pobliżu mieszkają rodzice Rubena, a więc tutaj jesteśmy najczęściej. Tym co najbardziej charakteryzuje tą plażę jest czerwony klif, od które z resztą wzięła nazwę Falésia. Moim zdaniem to jedna z najlepszych plaż w Algarve. Nawet jeśli nie jesteście miłośnikami plażowania, to zdecydowanie warto choć na moment się tutaj zatrzymać.
W 2018 roku Praia da Falésia została uznana przez serwis TripAdvisor za plażę numer jeden w Portugalii, a trzecią najlepszą plażę w Europie i dwunastą najlepszą plażę na świecie. Podróżni, którzy przybywają tutaj chwalą plażę za jej piękno i różnorodność. Pomarańczowe skały klifów kontrastujące z zielonymi sosnami i granatowym niebem sprawiają, że jest to jedna z najbardziej zapadających w pamięć plaż w Portugalii.
Ponta da Piedade
Ponta Piedade położona niedaleko miejscowości Lagos to jedna z największych atrakcji Portugalii. Na masyw plaży składa się kilka formacji typu klifowego, które sięgają nawet 20 metrów wysokości! Część skał wystaje sponad powierzchni krystalicznie czystej wody Atlantyku co robi ogromne wrażenie szczególni o zachodzie słońca. Atrakcją jest już same przedostanie się do plaży. Ponieważ dojście drogą lądową jest bardzo trudne najlepiej wsiąść na łódkę i podpłynąć do linii brzegowej.
Plaża João de Arens
Plaża João de Arens to kameralna plaża ukryta między wysokimi klifami. To super miejsca dla tych, którzy cenią sobie prywatność i spokój. Dosłownie. Nie ma tutaj żadnej knajpki czy nawet leżaków. Dlatego, można tutaj poczuć niesamowity klimat portugalskich plaż i… spotkać nudystów 🙂 Woda jest tutaj krystaliczna, a widoki zapierają dech w piersiach.
Plaża das Cabanas Velhas
Praia das Cabanas Velhas to odosobniona plaża w pobliżu Budens w gminie Vila do Bispo. Trudno się tam dostać, dlatego turystów jest tutaj stosunkowo mało. Plaża ma zaledwie 500 metrów i również górują nad nią piękne klify. W czasie odpływu plaża jest szersza i można tutaj zrobić piękne zdjęcia. Ponadto na obu końcach plaży znajdują się osobliwe formacje skalne, które w zachodzącym słońcu wyglądają naprawdę wyjątkowo.
Praia dos Estudantes
W dosłownym tłumaczeniu jest to plaża studentów. Co ciekawe w pobliżu nie ma żadnej uczelni wyższej i skąd nazwa tego miejsca jest taka – nie wiadomo. Najbardziej charakterystyczny dla tego miejsca jest starorzymski most, który góruje nad plażą. Piasek na plaży Estudantes jest gruboziarnisty i dość twardy, a więc spacer jest świetnym sposobem na wymasowanie stóp. Co więcej na piasku jest dużo muszelek, które można zbierać i które są świetną pamiątką z tego właśnie miejsca. Morze jest tutaj bardzo spokojne, a woda przejrzysta. To świetne miejsce do pływania również dla dzieci, chociaż woda bywa tutaj czasami zimna.
Praia da Galé
Praia da Galé znajduje się na wschodnim krańcu szerokiej piaszczystej zatoki Armação de Pera. Na tej plaży znów widoczne są formacje skalne charakterystyczne dla zachodniego Algarve, które tworzą zakamarki dla kąpiących się. Charakterystyczne dla tej plaży skały zostały wyrzeźbione przez deszcz i wypolerowane przez morze, a teraz są pokryte roślinami tworząc niepowtarzalny klimat. Na obszarach, gdzie gromadzi się piasek, głównie w sektorze zachodnim plaży, nadal można zobaczyć typową roślinność wydm, jak goździk piaskowy. Na wschodzie natomiast, dominują formacje skalne, a obszar porośnięty sosną piaskową wieńczy pomarańczowy klif.
Plaża Arrifana
Plaża Arrifana jest popularna wśród surferów i bodysurferów. Choć ma tylko 500 metrów długości odwiedza ją sporo turystów, którzy kochają sport. Ja uwielbiam tutaj biegać i praktykować jogę. Chyba idealnie wpisuję się w klimat 🙂 Plaża Arrifana otoczona jest wysokimi klifami, które zapewniają jej pewną ochronę przed niszczycielską siłą Oceanu Atlantyckiego. W sezonie letnim plaża jest patrolowana przez ratowników, a w Arrifana Village znajduje się kilka restauracji i barów, z których można obserwować morskie fale.
Jeśli spodobały się Wam plaże Portugalii, nie czekajcie i wyruszcie w podróż życia. Pogoda w Portugalii jest piękna niemal przez cały rok. Choć woda może wydawać się chłodniejsza to niesamowite widoki wynagrodzą wszelkie niedoskonałości.

I love beaches. Sand, sun and sea make me relax in such conditions. Today I wanted to introduce you to the Portuguese beaches that I come back to whenever I have the opportunity.
Portugal has a long coastline and that’s why there’re boasts many beautiful beaches, ranging from pebble beaches to beautiful coves and sandy beaches in a remote area. I don’t know if you know, but there are 315 beaches in Portugal. Some of them are visited by crowds of tourists, others located far away from the buildings remain beautiful and wild at the same time. I have visited only a few of these over three hundred places, but everything is still ahead of me;) The beaches that I want to introduce to you have stolen my heart and whenever I have such an opportunity I come back to them, now also with Ginger 🙂
Cordoama beach
Cordoama Beach is one of the widest beaches in all of Portugal. It is an ideal place for swimming, sunbathing and walking along the seashore. Interestingly, this beach has been awarded the Blue Flag, which guarantees high water quality and extensive infrastructure. In addition, Cordoama is guarded by lifeguards during the summer season.
Falésia beach
Falésia Beach is closest to my heart. Ruben’s parents live near her, so here we are most often. What will change this beach the most is the red cliff, from which it takes the name Falésia. My one to one of the best beaches in the Algarve. Although, if you are not lovers, you will want to stay here for a moment.
Ponta da Piedade
Ponta Piedade in Lagos is one of the supported services. On a massive scale, it consists of several cliff-type formations that reach up to 20 meters in height! João de Arens beach
João de Arens Beach is an intimate beach hidden between high cliffs. It is a great place for those who value privacy and peace. Literally. There are no pubs or even sun loungers here. Therefore, you can feel the amazing atmosphere of Portuguese beaches here. The water here is crystal clear and the views are breathtaking.
Cabanas Velhas beach
Praia das Cabanas Velhas is a secluded beach near Budens in the municipality of Vila do Bispo. Therefore, getting a problem is difficult. Praia dos Estudantes
Literally translated, it is a student beach. Interestingly, there is no university nearby and where the name of this place comes from – it is not known. There is an old Roman bridge that towers over the beach, preserved for this place. Insurance is coarse-grained and affordable, so you distance yourself from being massaged. Moreover, there are a lot of seashells in the sand, collect and which can be a souvenir from this place. The sea is very calm here, the water is watery. It’s a great place to swim for kids as well, although the water comes here to grow cold.
Praia da Galé
Praia da Galé is located at the eastern end of the site of the Armação de Pera Bay. The rock formations of the western Algarve are visible on this new beach, offering nooks and crannies for bathers. The rocks characteristic of this beach were carved by rain and polished by the sea, now only on plants that generate a unique atmosphere. For a place where you manage to see that you can fly west of the beach, you can have typical dune vegetation like sand sand. In the east, down to the orange rock formations, the sandy pine-covered cliff is crowned with a wrinkled cliff.
If you liked Portugal’s beaches, don’t wait and set off on the journey of a lifetime. The weather in Portugal is beautiful almost all year round. Although the water may seem cooler, the amazing views will make up for any imperfections.
