Zdrowie jest najważniejsze! Trzeba o nie dbać przy każdej nadarzającej się okazji.Nie można odpuszczać walki o lepszą kondycję, zdrowe ciało i sprawny umysł. Jeśli się teraz poddamy to możemy być pewni, że za kilka lat będziemy mieć problemy.
Jak wiecie jestem freakiem na punkcie zdrowego odżywiania, sportu i własnego ciała. Od kilku lat przykładam dużą wagę do tego w jakiej jestem kondycji. Staram się dbać o własne zdrowie i ciało zarówno od wewnątrz jak i od zewnątrz. Zmieniłam całkowicie swoje nawyki, postawiłam na sport i muszę przyznać, że było to najlepsze posunięcie!
Health is the most important! We
have to take care of it all the time. We should take care of good condition, a healthy body and an efficient mind. If we give up now, we can be sure that in the future we’ll have problems with our health and body!
What we eat and how we eat have a great importance to our health. Products full of preservatives or fats weaken our body. They contribute to the emergence of many diseases that can be avoided. How? By changing diet for a vegetarian, full of vegetables and fruits. Thanks to it, we can avoid health risks from carbohydrates, antibiotics or veterinary medicines present in meat. Vegetarians are in the group of low incidence of cancer, diabetes, hypertension and, above all, obesity!2. DETOX
I regulary do the body detox. I know that after month or two I need to do it. This is the optimal time for me in which my body needs to be purified of unnecessary toxins. If I don’t have a cleansing diet, I’m sleepy and sluggish. Generally, I don’t work well. Therefore, once in a while, for example, I pass on a juice diet that effectively removes unnecessary toxins. In turn, I can feel much better. I regain my strength and energy to do even crazy things!
I cannot imagine a day without exercises. I spend at least half an hour a day visiting the gym, where I do exercises for buttocks and abdomen. If I cannot go to there, I just break my mat at home and practice. How I do it you can read in my previous entry.4. YOGA
I love yoga. It relaxes me the most. A
moment of focus and calm during yoga exercises makes me regain my
balance, and the energy. Thanks to meditation I can do daily duties 🙂 So if you are looking for silence, try to do some
asanas. My favorite sequence is Greeting to the Sun, which greatly relaxes and lets forget about bad things. Try to practice youga just 15 minutes a day. I’m sure that you will notice a change in your body and mind.
5. NATURAL COSMETICS
As a mantra, I repeat and pay attention to the fact that what cosmeticts we use is also very important. I struggled with skin problems for many years. My skin was devoid of glamor, hair, and nails were breaking up. I was looking for sources of this state and found – cosmetics. Since I use natural care products, without preservatives, SLS and parabens, I can enjoy a beautiful body. The problems with pimples, dry skin and redness have disappeared. My skin is much more healthy that it used to be.
