above all provide the body with fiber, protein and carbohydrates. I like to prepare them myself, but I also use ready-made products. The latter, however, I examine very thoroughly, analyzing their composition. My last discovery is the Sunny Family brand waffles, which blend in well with my beloved hummus or other accessories. Corn trips with hummus with dried tomatoes
To prepare hummus you need:1 jar of chickpeas eco
1 teaspoon of garlic fried (may be raw)
1 tahini spoon
pepper and salt to taste
2 tablespoons of dried tomatoes
¼ cup of oil from dried tomatoes
¼ cup of water
½ lemon juice
½ teaspoons of clarified butter
Garlic fry on coconut oil or clarified butter. Put all trowels into the blender. Put the finished hummus into the bowl and ready. Dried tomato hummus tastes great with Sunny Family corn trips. PETIT wafers and rice wafers with homemade cherry jam
To prepare a super-fast cherry jam chia you will need:
2 cups of frozen cherry without seeds
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
3 tablespoons chia
Add the cherries and maple syrup to the blender and mix. We translate to a jar, add chia. The

Rice-flavored onion and rice wafers with vegan cashew cheese and chives (no cheese)
To prepare vegan cheese you will need:
1 glass of cashews soaked in water overnight
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
½ teaspoon of sea
salt pepper to taste
chives, radishes
Cashew soak in water the day before. Decant the water and blend the nuts with one or two tablespoons of fresh water to get a uniform weight. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and blend again. Form the cream cheese into a bowl, add finely chopped chives and finely chopped radishes. The cheese tastes great in the company of Sunny Family flavored cereal waffles.
Spelled wafers with a vegan cheesecake dip (without cheese)
To prepare the dip you will need:
1 glass of cashews overnight in water
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
2-3 teaspoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1/8 teaspoon of sea salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/3 of the scallion of crushed dark chocolate
All ingredients of the chocolate resisted in the blender. Mix the whole until you get a creamy mass. Then put it into a bowl and mix it with pieces of chocolate. Dip put in the fridge for about an hour, so that all flavors are crossed. Wafers Sunny Family I sponge with dip and adorn myself with strawberries. They are simply delicious !!!
