RABARBAR – SUPER SPOSÓB NA UGASZENIE PRAGNIENIA

Wiosna w pełni! To najlepszy czas, aby wykorzystywać w kuchni dostępne świeże warzywa i owoce.

Ciekawe prawda? Zawiera on wiele składników odżywczych, witamin C, E i A. Rabarbar ma właściwości przeciwzapalne, przeczyszczające, a dzięki zawartemu w nim błonnikowi reguluje procesy trawienia w naszym organizmie.

Do przygotowania napoju będzie potrzebne:
  • 0,5 kg świeżego rabarbaru
  • woda
  • stewia lub brązowy cukier na osłodę 🙂
  • opcjonalnie truskawki
Umyj rabarbar, obierz z łykowatych włokien i pokrój w większą kostkę. Do garnka wlej wodę, wrzuć rabarbar i gotuj napój.

  •  4 granaty
  • 1/4 szklanki cukru
  • szczypta cynamonu

Umyj i pokrój rabarbar. Zalej go sokiem ze świeżo wyciśniętych granatów. Całość zasyp
¼ szklanki cukru i odrobiną cynamonu do smaku. Gotuj pod przykryciem
kilkanaście minut, a na końcu przecedź. Jeśli napój będzie zbyt esencjonalny,
można dolać do niego niegazowanej wody. Podawaj schłodzony.

Spring in full! This is the best time to use fresh vegetables and fruits in the kitchen. One of the unappreciated and very tasty is rhubarb.

Rhubarb in Poland is classified as a vegetable, and in the United States is considered a fruit. Interesting truth? It
contains many nutrients, vitamins C, E and A. Rhubarb has
anti-inflammatory and laxative properties, and thanks to its fiber
regulates the digestive processes in our body. What’s
more, the rhubarb has estrogenic properties, i.e. it is great for
treating acne in women and for problems in men with prostatic
hypertrophy.
Rhubarb is a great supplement during weight loss! After eating about 10 dags of this vegetable, we absorb only 20 kcal, which is not much. However, be careful not to overdose the amount of rhubarb. It contains oxalic acid, which can be very dangerous to the body.
It’s worth using the current time to use rhubarb in the kitchen. Remember that the edible part of this vegetable is stems, not leaves! They can be pink, red or green. However, they taste the pink ones best. When choosing a rhubarb at a market or store, pay attention to whether they are firm and young.
A great idea is to prepare a refreshing rhubarb drink. Can be served to slightly chilled or with ice cubes. Thanks to the sour taste, you will quickly cure your thirst. To prepare the drink you will need:
  • 0.5 kg of fresh rhubarb
  • water
  • stevia or brown sugar for baking 🙂
  • optionally strawberries

Wash the rhubarb, peel it out of the bast fibers and cut into a larger cube. Pour water into the pot, add the rhubarb and cook the drink. From the moment the rhubarb floats up, cook on low heat for 15 minutes. You can add a teaspoon of sugar or sugar if the taste is too sour. Put the beverage prepared in this way into a jug, give it chilled, also with ice cubes!

For those who like to revel in the kitchen like me 🙂 I suggest preparing a drink with rhubarb and pomegranate. To prepare it you will need:
  • 0.5 kg of fresh rhubarb
  •  4 grenades
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • a pinch of cinnamon

Wash and cut the rhubarb. Fill it with freshly squeezed pomegranate juice. The entire load of ¼ cup of sugar and a touch of cinnamon to taste. Cook under a dozen or so minutes, and finally strain. If the drink is too essential, you can add non-carbonated water to it. Serve chilled.
