KAWA – ODROBINA PRZYJMNOŚCI ZAKLĘTA W PROSTEJ FILIŻANCE

Kawa to jeden z najbardziej popularnych napojów.

Przypomina mi ona smak dzieciństwa, kiedy rano mama przygotowywała dzbanek kawy do śniadania.
  • obniża poziom złego cholesterolu we krwi

Kaszę jaglaną przelewam  zimną wodą, a następnie w garnku zalewam ją
dwoma szklankami gorącej wody z dwoma łyżeczkami kawy Inka. Napój gotuję na średnim ogniu przez 15 minut. Po tym czasie całość odcedzam i studzę. W blenderze miksuję kaszę jaglaną, masło, miód i kawę Inka. Pycha 🙂

Coffee is one of the most popular drinks. You can prepare various drinks from it. Delicious latte in the morning, a cappuccino for biscuits, strong and stimulating espresso or regular coffee with milk. There
is also known grain coffee for everyone who does not want to drink
standard coffee beans, and is equally delicious and valuable.

Cereal coffee is a drink that I love to drink in the afternoon. It reminds me of the taste of my childhood when my mum was preparing a pot of coffee for breakfast in the morning. I now play the same taste alone in my home and return to Inka grain coffee present on the Polish market for many years.
Cereal coffee is a natural drink prepared from roasted seeds of such cereals as rye, barley, sometimes spelled or wheat. The addition of cereal coffee can be chicory, sugar beet or spice spices. However, they change the taste a bit, but add a wonderful aroma. For me, it is very important that grain coffee does not contain any preservatives or dyes. It greatly affects the functioning of the body and my lifestyle fit 🙂
I discovered Inka coffee beans with the addition of fiber. Thanks
to her I combine pleasant with useful – I quench my thirst with a
healthy drink and provide the body with the necessary fiber 🙂 What’s
more, drinking coffee also has a very good effect on its proper
functioning. Among others:
  •     it’s low in calories
  • supports intestinal motility
  • it lowers the level of bad cholesterol in the blood
  • it suppresses the feeling of hunger
  • it does not rinse out magnesium from the body
  • supports the nervous system
  • has a probiotic effect
  • shows antioxidant activity
You do not need much to prepare a cup of delicious grain coffee. I usually pour two teaspoons of Inka cereal coffee in hot, but not boiling water. I am pouring a little vegetable milk and I can enjoy the taste of my childhood 🙂
Inka cereal coffee is not only a delicious and valuable drink. Even tasty snacks can be prepared from it. I discover Inka almost every day. I am looking for new inspirations in which I could use it. One of my favorites is millet-nut smoothie. To prepare it you need:
  •  3 teaspoons of Inka coffee
  • half a cup of millet
  • 2 teaspoons of peanut butter
  • 200 ml of vegetable milk, eg oat milk
  • teaspoon of honey
Millet groats milled with cold water, then in a pot, pour it with two glasses of hot water with two teaspoons of Inka coffee. I cook the drink over medium heat for 15 minutes. After this time, the whole is drained and cooled. I mix the millet, butter, honey and Inka coffee in the blender. I pour the smoothie into a glass and eat it with taste when reading a book. Jummy 🙂
