I do not know how you feel, but I have more and more energy and even though the weather is getting worse, I feel so good! First of all, I see that you like what I do and this give me a great motivation for action, and secondly, my experiences with proper nutrition translates into the quality of my work and the incredible energy that I want to share with you on a daily basis!
As you already know from previous posts I try to combine passion for fashion with a passion for healthy lifestyle and by its prism to show you what is healthy! Fashion and sports, and now a healthy diet is a part of my life. Every day I search for new dishes, every day I browse portals, blogs and fashion magazines and I do my workout also almost every day. FITFASHIONFREAK is 100% me!
Today’s post is more about fashion but with a delicious and healthy coffee.
As you can see, I like to experiment and play with style. I also like to change. I always choose female stylings but with a drop of modernity. I do not like to be boring! I recently rediscovered shopping in big cheaper stores that offers more and better quality stuff. Because I do fashion myself, I am a bit crazy about good fabrics and finishing!
Today I present to you my new styling, starting with a gorgeous skirt from Mango store with beautiful ornaments, Massimo Dutti sweater and Uterque shoes! I added to this look transparent socks from Oysho and a beautiful wreath. The only exclusive thing in my look is the YSL bag that I got from my husband before the wedding! 🙂
But as you can see, we do not have to look at the best designers in the world at all. Believe me that you can often find something cool in cheaper stores! All you need to pay attention to quality!
And now two words about coffee!
Coffee is acidifying, so do not drink too much during the day. Sometimes I pass my allowed amount of coffee, because I love it. But I know it’s best when I stick to 1-2 cups a day. I used to drink latte, after which my stomach always ached … I felt hard and had terrible bloating. I thought it was coffee. I was wrong! This milk caused my ailments! Since I have given up drinking milk and drinking only black coffee, sometimes with cinnamon, sometimes with coconut oil, the pains have disappeared. If you like coffee, then remember to drink lots of water and take magnesium. Coffee unfortunately rinses it off, so it is good to add cinnamon, because it contains a lot of magnesium!
Coffee itself is not so harmful, it has a good effect on our body. Polyphenols contained in coffee have a very beneficial effect: on the heart and blood vessels, they slow down the aging process, prevent the formation of free radicals and cholesterol off the blood vessels. They are anti-inflammatory and antibacterial!
The biggest controversy is caffeine.
A cup of coffee improves mood, raises adrenaline levels and stimulates the central nervous system. After drinking, we work better and think better, but there may be excess caffeine, so be careful with the amount !!!
