A teraz zaczynamy!!!
Welcome to my busy world!
Passion Dance Fashion – this blog was created in order to inspire and encourage you to fulfill your dreams and pursue your passions. Here I share with you some ideas for you to fill your life with fun, active and sometimes crazy moments of life. I also try to transform laziness into work! I hope it works 🙂
Unfortunately, due to the amount of work I’ve been dealing with recently I was not able to prepare many new posts for the blog, but I hope that this will soon change.
My life is full of motion. I always run after something :), but mostly I run because I love sport!
To days ago I returned from Switzerland, where myself and my fiancé actively spent time together. In addition to daily sports, we also went to visit what is probably the largest event in Basel, i.e. Art Basel, which is the world’s premier international art show for Modern and contemporary works. It dates back to 1970 and this is a significant project that happens every year ad affects the entire art World.
During the fair, I was actually looking out for inspirations for new collections, because art has a great influence on what I do.
Today, however, I return for a moment to exercising which I like very much, and again, I will try to encourage you to move!
I rarely use weights, usually I work mostly with my own body weight, but if I do use some weights I go for the light ones and for only a few exercises that I will present to you today.
Before you start, remember to do a short warm-up – treadmill, jump rope, bike…
And now here we go:
1.Lunges
Lunges beautifully sculpt the buttocks. When you add on a free leg elevation at the end of the lunges, the muscle is working double. Once while descending down two with raised legs. I would recommend!
2. Squats together with some work on triceps
By doing these exercises again we sculpt buttocks and thighs, but they will also work on your triceps. Grab some weights and move your hands to the back while doing squats, turn your arms so that the position of the dumbbell changes and then go back to the starting position.
3.Back
Lay down on the mat. Move the dumbbell from one hand to another, making a circle and keep doing this over and over again in one, and the other way around. Try to keep your chest up high so that it doesn’t touch the ground.
4. Biceps, triceps, and shoulders
I don’t need to explain this to you, because the pictures show exactly what exercises you can perform on these muscles.
Go for it girls!
Love Ewa
