CARNIVAL SESON IS ON NOW !!!

Witajcie w Nowym Roku!!!

Dzisiejszy post chciałam poświęcić na przygotowanie Was do Karnawału czyli okresu zabaw, imprez, domówek oraz tańców do samego rana.

Nazwa pochodzi od włoskiego słowa CARNE VALE – to słowo zostało zaczerpnięte w łaciny i oznaczało pożegnanie mięsa przed rozpoczynającym się wielkim postem. Dawniej w Polsce w tym okresie jedzono dużo tłustych dań i pito duże ilości alkoholu ( myślę, że pijemy nadal 🙂 ). W tym czasie smażono też pączki, faworki, placki ziemniaczane. Panie w pięknych sukniach chodziły na bale by szukać mężów, a taniec, śpiewy i zabawa były nieodzownym elementem zapustów.

Choć karnawał w Polsce nie jest tak huczny jak np. w Rio, to jednak wystrzałowe kreacje są jak najbardziej wskazane. W tym czasie możemy zaszaleć ze stylizacją, pozwolić sobie na odważne i zaskakujące sukienki, odkryć plecy lub pokazać piękny dekolt, założyć coś połyskującego lub lekko przeźroczystego. Karnawał to również okres, w którym możemy sobie pozwolić na nietypową długość sukienki.

Może zawsze marzyłyście o długiej, szerokiej sukni do samej ziemi?
Teraz jest czas by ją ubrać.
Może macie dość małych czarnych?
Teraz jest czas by zaszaleć z kolorem.

Następny karnawał dopiero za rok, dlatego nie czekajmy na inną okazję i ubierzmy coś ekstrawaganckiego!!!

Ja wybrałam odważną sukienkę z mojej nowej kolekcji Shabatin.
Sukienka się nie błyszczy, ani nie ma odważnego koloru, ale moją ekstrawagancją jest prześwitująca siatka!
Mimo, że mam kompleks pokazywania i odkrywania nóg ze względu na ich grubość 🙂 tym razem odważyłam się i podjęłam ryzyko! Do kreacji dobrałam swoją ulubioną marynarkę McQueen’a – wiem, że niedawno w Sylwestrowym poście również zaprezentowałam się w tym żakiecie, ale chcę Wam uświadomić to, że zakładanie tej samej rzeczy kilkakrotnie nie jest wstydem!
Jeśli inwestujemy w porządną i drogą rzecz to korzystajmy i nośmy ją!
Nie patrzmy na kolorowe pisma, gdzie celebrytki tylko raz pokazują się w danym stroju, ale dodajmy naszym rzeczom życia zakładając je nawet pięćdziesiąty raz!
By ożywić sukienkę dopasowałam do niej czerwoną torebkę oraz duży złoty pierścionek.Mam nadzieję, że moja stylizacja Was zainspiruje do stworzenia odważnego zestawu na karnawałową imprezę!

Welcome to the New Year all!!!


In wanted to dedicate today’s post to the Carnival preparations! 


This period of games, events, house parties and dances until morning hours.
 The name comes from the Italian words CARNE VALE – the words have been taken from the Latin language and old traditions and meant saying goodbye to meat before beginning a great fast.
 Formerly in Poland at that time of a lot of greasy meals being eaten and the drinking of large amounts of alcohol (I think they still drink :)).
 At that time, we used to prepare fried donuts, Faworki, hash browns. 
The ladies in beautiful dresses used to go to balls and events to look for their prince charming. Dancing, singing and having fun were an indispensable element of the carnival.


Although the carnival in Poland is not as exuberant as for example Rio, the real hit dresses are still the most desirable for this time of the year. At this time we can go crazy with our styling, afford bold and surprising dresses that discover the beautiful open back or some sensual cleavage. We can wear something shiny or slightly transparent.
 Carnival is also a period in which we can afford unusually long dresses.
 Maybe you have always dreamt about that long dress that just goes on sliding over the floor while you walk across the hall? Now is the time to wear it. 
Maybe you got bored from wearing the typical small black dress? Now is the time to go crazy with colour.

The next carnival is only for another year, so do not wait for another opportunity to dress that something extravagant!!! 


I chose a bold dress from my new Shabatin collection. The dress does not shine, nor it has that intensive colour, but my extravagance is in a translucent net! 
Although I have a complex to show and explore my legs due to their thickness 🙂 this time I dared to, and took the risk! To go along with this dress I chose to wear a jacket from my one of my favourite designers.. McQueen – I know that recently in New Year’s Eve post I already presented this jacket, but I want you to realize that wearing the same thing a few times in a row is no shame! 
If you invest in a decent and expensive piece for yourself you should wear it! Do not look at the colourful magazines, where celebrities show up only once in a dress, but try to make the clothes alive with something different even if it means wearing them for the fiftieth time!!! 
To revive the dress I matched it with a red handbag and a large gold ring. 


I hope that my styling will inspire you to create an extravagant set for the carnival party!
