CHESS EVERYWHERE!

Wciąż zaskakuje, intryguje i wzbudza pożądanie.
Zachęcam Was do kupienia choć jednej rzeczy w ten klasyczny wzór, ponieważ krata nigdy nie wyjdzie z mody!
Miłych zakupów
Ewa

Chess in many ways!

I love colours, prints and patterns! Ono of them is chess. Scottish chess – big, small, colourful or black and white, all versions of this pattern had their renaissance and were the hottest trends for autumn winter 2012/13. The clothes with a chess pattern appeared in collections of many designers such as Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, Cynthia Rowley or Anna Sui.

Initially this classic pattern was used for wool inlining of the rain coats. Today it adorns not only clothes but shoes, bags and even underwear. All the interpretations of this timeless design are in fashion still today. It still surprises, intrigues and arouses desire. The coats in this fashionable pattern were worn by some of the most famous people – Audrey Hepburn in ” Breakfast at Tiffany’s ” , Ingrid Bergman in “ Casablanca.

Today you can see my own interpretation of fashionable chess, which disappears sometimes from fashion, only to show up in the new versions again and again. Because I’m not afraid of unusuall combinations I put together two different versions of this great pattern. The scenery and the atmosphere of London favoured even more this styling. I encourage you to buy at least one piece of this classic pattern because chess will never go out of fashion!

Enjoy your shopping,
